Fraud website.because my first order is (mini cam new pure) but they send me nonsense type of wallet

I have received a message regarding the delivery of product from meesho which was supposed to deliver on 2nd August. It is not yet delivered.

Today also o received a whatsapp message from xpress bees regarding this shipment. I had tried several times to reach your delivery staff on the no shown in the message, that guy is not picking up the phone or ringing back. What shall I do.

I am recieving many other shipments from meesho thru other couriers. Awaiting your action.

Over the past 7 days, I have been complaining about the delivery agent's inappropriate behaviour. Still, no action has been taken on him.

I have even been trying to return the parcel for the past 5 days.

Again and again, the same delivery person is sent for pick up.

He blocked my number and even used abusive words on me. There is no safety for girls these days.

It was very scary to order from you.

He told me that he would come at any time at night to pick up the parcel. He even rudely told me to complain anywhere.

Because of you guys, they are talking to the customers in such a way. I have called Expressbee many times and made complaints, but still no action was taken.

I am very disappointed with your service.

I am going to file a police complaint about this. I even have all the proof of his misbehaviour.

This is my last cancelled item.

I ordered two items from Ajio on 07-07-2024 which got shipped by xpressbees and about to reach to me by 11-07-2024.

But I have no clue what had happened to these items.

I have been expecting my courier for a week now. It seems that before reaching me, your delivery boy cancels the courier.

So, if you want to deliver, please kindly let me know.

I've been trying to reach the delivery agent since morning. I requested him to come as early as possible because I had to leave for work.

He gave me a time but failed to reach on time. I called again but there was no response. I then called the Express Bee company customer support, where they put me on hold for around 10 minutes, again with no response.

Worst delivery company & worst experience. I wasted my day.

My Ordered delivered date was 22 Nd August...today is 23 rd August when I call customer care they told It will take another 2 days...no responsibility from their site...Nothing to say about this Xpress Bees Company

Order not received, Item received date 12.05.2024, after 3 days complete but not received, poor courier

We have raised a return request on Xpress bees courier still pickup not done pickup boy marked fake updation please check when I call the pickup boy why update fake reason he said ( nahi karna hai pickup jaao jisko complaint karna hai karo ) I have call recording also please check & do needful

Agartala Xpressbees has the worst delivery service nowadays, and false status reports are given by the team...it's really disappointing.

It is the very worst experience ever I sent a parcel last month hoping it would get delivered in 5 days but still now we don't know where the parcel is, we called and went to the local store to get information about where the parcel was but they even don't know I am very frustrated and worried. sometimes they say it's in the local store and sometimes they say it returned to the original address but in tracking it still shows it's in Surat.

I never want to use this service again.

I never had this type of bad experience. I sent and received a parcel from India to London and I never had any issue with another provider.

Don't trust xpressbees it's horrible delivery. No response from the customer care . My delivery is stuck for more than 5 days

Your customer care number is also incorrect; it's not in working condition. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a lingerie set that cost 549, but they delivered a product that is a street road lingerie set. Totally disappointed, very worst. Please don't buy anything, this is a cheater.
